To ensure the longevity of your NEOZ cordless lamp, always store it in a clean, dry environment, away from moisture and extreme temperatures. It is safe to leave the lamp on the charger for extended periods, but lithium-ion batteries perform best when used and charged regularly. Extended periods without use can shorten battery life, so we recommend recharging your lamp at least once a month where possible.
If the lamp will not be used for a long time, removing the battery can help prevent it from reaching deep discharge prematurely. When returning the battery to service after long-term storage, place it on the charger for approximately 8–12 hours to ensure it is fully charged before use.
