In most cases, NEOZ cordless lamps cannot be operated while charging. The only exception is the legacy UNO/PRO model used with a single charging base manufactured between 2006 and 2023. (White charging base with clear outer ring)
To operate this model while charging, place the lamp on the legacy single charging base and turn it on, ensuring the charging contact remains connected. You can adjust brightness by turning the lamp — each turn will cycle through the brightness levels.
N1 lamp models cannot be turned on while charging, and UNO/PRO models will not turn on when charged on our N1 Charging Systems.
