NEOZ offers onsite service and support on a case-by-case basis within the Greater Sydney, Australia area. Availability depends on scheduling and location, and all onsite visits are subject to call-out charges and applicable fees.
For customers outside Greater Sydney β or where onsite service is not available β we provide remote diagnostics to identify and resolve issues quickly. If required, we can ship replacement parts or arrange for your lamp to be returned to our factory for professional servicing or repairs.
