To arrange servicing or repairs for your NEOZ lamp, please contact our service team at service@neoz.com.au or complete the Service Enquiry Form on our website.

Once we receive your enquiry, a member of our service team will work with you to diagnose the issue. In many cases, our modular design allows for simple, customer-performed repairs with minimal tools. Where this isn’t possible, we will advise whether your lamp needs to be returned to our factory for professional servicing.

Our goal is to restore your lamp to peak performance quickly and with the highest level of care.
