Your documents can be downloaded from the My Files section of your account. If you are unable to download your documents, their could be a few reasons. Here are some common reasons you may be unable to download your documents:
You have not generated your documents recently:
Before you can download our documents, you must have recently generated your documents for the calender year. You can always generate your documents by following these steps:
Click SmartGuide Interviews on the left side of your screen and select the document to generate below.
Click your name and then click the "assemble" button.
Updated documents will be available for download in your My Files section.

You did not complete your address information:
Please ensure you have completed all fields for your address in the My Profile section of your account.
You have downloads disabled in your browser:
Ensure you have enabled downloads for your browser. Information for enabling downloads for your specific browser can be found online.
