How to Create Wills for Both Spouses in NetLaw
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Complete Your Profile
Go to My Profile from the left-side menu
Enter your personal details
Step 2: Add Your Spouse
Click Family and Contacts
Add your spouse’s full name and relationship
Also add anyone else who will play a role in your estate plan (e.g., children, executors, trustees)
Step 3: Start the Will Interview
Click SmartGuide Interviews
Choose “Last Will” or “Last Will + Living Trust”
Select either your name or your spouse’s name
Click “Start” or “Edit” to begin creating the Will
Each person will have their own answers, documents, and final Will.
