Can my spouse and I create one Will together?

NetLaw doesn’t support joint Wills. Each spouse must create their own—but both sets of documents can be completed in one shared account.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

No. NetLaw does not offer joint Wills. Each spouse (or domestic partner) must create their own separate Will—even if your wishes are similar or you plan to leave assets to the same people.

This approach ensures each individual’s wishes are clearly documented and legally valid in accordance with state laws.

Can We Use the Same NetLaw Account?

Yes! You and your spouse can both complete your estate planning documents using one NetLaw account. Each of you will have a separate set of legal documents, including a Will, but the process is shared and streamlined within the same platform.
