NetLaw does not provide “joint wills.” Each spouse (or domestic partner) will need to create a separate Will. However, both spouses (or domestic partners) will be able to create both sets of documents within the same account.
How can me and my spouse create our will?
First, complete the "My Profile" section in your account.
Next, add your spouse and any other person(s) that will contribute to your estate plan in "Family & Contacts."
Then, click on SmartGuide Interviews. Click "Last Will", or "Last Will + Living Trust."
Select either your name, or your spouse's name. Click "Edit" or "Start" to begin creating the will document.
