Learning a new software could be challenging. However, Netstock is here to assist you every step of the way. Below are the training options available to you:

Standard training

Included in your Netstock subscription, you’ll have access to interactive in-app tours, help articles, videos, courses, knowledge checks and reflective tasks. Refer to the article Where can I get additional help and/or information? for more information.

Standard training with review sessions

The standard training is broken down into 3 pillars, each consisting of a theory portion, a demo of the practical application in the app, and a reflective task to guide you through applying what you’ve learned in your own app instance with your own data. Review sessions provide you the opportunity to meet with a customer success consultant who’ll be able to answer questions unique to your app instance and assist you with setting your app policies and settings for success.

Review sessions are offered at our standard support rate/hour.

Support+ packages

Training could be incorporated as part of a Support+ package, with options to suit your needs.

Netstock offers three Support+ packages designed to provide the right level of support for your business. Providing ongoing dialogue between Netstock and your business ensures current issues are investigated and quickly leveraged to drive improvement. Our inventory advisory service includes a one-time fee to establish a baseline and then a monthly subscription fee based on ongoing interaction. This baseline includes:

  • Initial audit to understand the business

  • A tune-up of the instance

  • Any initial changes/reports needed upfront to get the business functioning at a higher level.
