Where can I get additional help and/or information?

We have organized our knowledge base to make it easy and accessible to find exactly what you are looking for.

You are on a quest for knowledge!

While using the App, you may need additional help on a concept or technical aspect, and you have many options available. Everything you need to know can be accessed from one place directly in your App. Simply login to your the App and locate the Learning menu option on the vertical navigation pane (found on the left side of your App).

You can access information from the following sources:

  1. Tour - here you are able to take a tour of your current screen. You can embark on additional step-by-step help by accessing a tour from the left pane or clicking the "?" on applicable panels (in-app help). This gives you a quick guide to help you understand what a specific panel or heading is about. You may want to use these if you're new to the App, if you're not familiar with a concept, or if you just need a refresher.

  2. Help center - this option will load collections of articles with a search facility to find what you are looking for.

  3. Learning library - managing inventory is made simple on SIMON. Here, you will be able to find useful content relating to inventory management where you can complete free courses, putting you in the driver’s seat of your App. Complete the courses to give you some extra insight into Netstock Inventory Management concepts which will help equip you in your journey to obtaining the Netstock Inventory Management Concepts Certification.

  4. Blog - you can browse through our blog articles for some interesting tips and tricks.

  5. Post-onboarding training options - Navigate to Netstock post-onboarding training options for more training options to suit your needs.

Videos:

You are able to access additional valuable help by clicking the "video" icon on applicable panels. Here you will find help on concepts summarized into bite-sized videos giving further insights into a particular piece of information on the screen.

Support chat:

The chat button on the bottom right of the App will allow you to enter keywords or an entire question. Related articles will pop up for you to select and read the applicable ones. You may also use this button to chat to one of our support consultants.
