Netstock Inventory Advisor provides the visibility to rapidly balance your inventory investment with the desired target fill rate using a risk-based methodology. Enhanced forecasting, item classification, automated processes to optimize your supply chain planning, and so much more, as you'll discover over the next few weeks.

If you are new to Netstock and want to know more, click here.

You are here, reading this because your Custodian has granted you access to Netstock Inventory Advisor. The role of the Custodian is to oversee the app's successful implementation and ongoing engagement. Please ask your line manager or peers if you are unsure who your Custodian is. We're here for you if you have any questions related to the app. However, if you have questions regarding your company's business processes and how the app is used to achieve company-specific inventory objectives, your Custodian would be the one to ask.

The onboarding steps are as follows:

If you are a new customer: The app has been integrated with your ERP system, and our onboarding team and your Custodian are refining the data. This process is critical to the success of this project. The app is basically a large, sophisticated calculator, and the data from your ERP system must be correct to ensure accurate outputs. After all, garbage data in, garbage results out.

When you reach your Learn step, you will be taught how to use the app by completing the Inventory Essentials or CoffeeChat on-demand courses, completing homework and guided discovery assignments, and ultimately obtaining your Netstock certification.

Once trained, you will start using the app, ensuring it has been set up to assist, not hinder, your objectives.

After that, you'll enter the Support step, where you will continue to learn new skills and knowledge and have access to help.

If you are an existing customer: The app has been integrated with your ERP system. A detailed onboarding project was completed to ensure the setup and configuration were implemented to meet your business's requirements.

Your colleagues should have learned to use the app by completing the Inventory Essentials or CoffeeChat on-demand courses, completing homework and guided discovery assignments, and ultimately obtaining their Netstock certification during the Learn step.

They are now in the Support step, but we want you to take advantage of the opportunity to go through the same Learn step as they did. So this is where we step in to help.

Your Learn step journey starts now!
