Part One: How To Set Up Scheduling
Step One: Click "Set Up Schedule" (in NeuroPrice)
This syncs up your min/max prices. Wait for a confirmation message.
Step Two: Click "Schedule"
This is the same button you just clicked. Once min/max syncing completes, the text will change to "Schedule." Click this button again.
Step Three: Connect your Amazon account
Works the same way as other apps.
On the scheduling page, go to Settings > Connect.
Step Four: Set Repricing Schedule
Click settings. Set an interval. Repricing will begin immediately once you save this setting.
Step Five (optional): Open The “Service Worker”
Note: This is a precaution recommended only if your computer has 4GB of RAM or less. This step should not be needed for newer model computers.
Paste this into your browser: chrome://extensions/
Next, set the page to "developer mode" (toggle switch in the upper-right).
Next, click the highlighted text that says “Service Worker.” It will open a new window. Leave that window open at all times.
Step 5.5 (optional): Update computer settings so computer doesn’t turn off
Note: If you’re not rigid about NeuroPrice needing to run at a specific time or a specific frequency, you can probably skip this step. Assuming you’re using your computer during the day already, scheduling will reactivate whenever your computer is on.
If your computer is set to go to sleep, or you’re turning your computer off for periods, you’ll want update a setting so your computer does not go to sleep (Scheduling will run only when the computer is on and “awake.”)
Update power settings in Windows:
Start > Settings > System > Power & battery > Screen, Sleep, & Timeouts. Set to “never.”
Update power settings on Mac:
Apple menu > System Settings > Battery, then under "Options," toggle on "Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter when the display is off."
Key details to keep Scheduler running (important)
Your computer must be on.
Chrome must be open.
Service Worker must be open (if you have 4GB RAM or less)
Do not use Reprice Page/ Reprice all while scheduler running.
If you already have a desktop computer that is on 24/7, there’s nothing you need to do. If you’re using a laptop or shut your computer off at night, you will need to update a setting (Step #5.5 above).
To recap:
Scheduling stops if your computer is off.
Scheduling stops if Chrome is closed.
Scheduling may stop if the service worker is closed (more on this in a second).
Scheduling will stop (or slow considerably) if you initiate Reprice Page/ Reprice all
Optional: Stop repricing schedule
How to stop:
Go to the scheduling page.
Click schedule summary
Hit stop (upper right corner)

Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting: Repricing does not appear to be progressing
Remember the scheduling page will not refresh automatically. You must click the refresh button to get the latest progress.
See additional troubleshooting topics below if progress is not updating even when you refresh.
Troubleshooting: Opening “Scheduling” page button not working
This can happen when a scheduled repricing is already running. Things are moving slower while NP is working, and that can cause a delay in opening the Scheduling page (if you closed it). Give it 5 to 10 seconds and the page should open.
Troubleshooting: Repricing stopped?
First, hit the refresh icon on the Scheduling page to confirm the progress is not updating (progress will not refresh on its own).
Second, confirm Service Worker window is still open.
Third, go to chrome://extensions/ and look for NeuroPrice panel (the demo version, not the install from the Chrome store). Does it say “Service Worker (inactive)”? (it should not say that).
Fourth, confirm you are still connected to Amazon. This should never disconnect, but to be safe check for the “Connected” status on the scheduling page.
If all that checks out, copy the Scheduling ID from anywhere on the Scheduling page, and send to support@neuroprice.io with any notes.
Any other issues?
Copy and send the Scheduling ID (necessary to diagnose).
