Get an error message? Always copy and send it

Amazon has dozens of error messages for a wide range of issues and glitches. We will usually show you the error message that NeuroLister is receiving. Copy that and send it to us so we can diagnose.

Items still on "pending" status after 2+ hours

All items in your shipment or batch should be approved to list by Amazon in under two hours. Sometimes, that does not happen.

You have two options:

  1. Continue to wait.

  2. Delete the item from the shipment or batch.

If you are ready to complete the shipment and there are pending items, the quickest solution is to just delete the item, and include in your next shipment.

Trouble logging in

You login to NeuroLister through the "NL" icon (in the corner of Chrome).

If you are getting an email or password error, confirm you are entering correctly (passwords are case-sensitive) and there are no accidental spaces.

If you need to, you can reset your password through the link below the password field, or use this link: https://account.neuroprice.io/reset-password?

Amazon charged me for labeling after submitting a shipment

Update your NeuroPrice settings to "Label Yourself."

NeuroLister set an incorrect price in Fast Mode.

This should never happen, but if you think something looks incorrect, follow these steps:

  1. Copy the ASIN.

  2. Take a screenshot of the price NeuroLister set

  3. Take a screenshot of the competing offers on the Amazon page (for comparison)

  4. Email all of the above to support@neurolister.com

Shipment limit exceeded error

Amazon limits shipments to 1000 units.

Price outside min/max error

You need to either select a new price, or expand your min/max parameters.

Account Disconnected error

Reconnect your Amazon account to NeuroLister in the settings.

Seller Must Label error

For whatever reason, Amazon is telling us that their labeling service will not label this item. Be sure you affix and FBA label to this item.

Not In Amazon's Catalog error

This either means the ASIN/ISBN/UPC was not entered correctly, or the UPC/ISBN is not associated with any ASIN in Amazon's catalog.

If the former, re-enter the identifier.

If the latter, search for the product by name in Amazon, copy the ASIN, and enter into NeuroLister.

No "Ship From" Address Set error

Amazon needs a "ship from" address to process (FBA shipments only). You can add this in your NeuroPrice settings (click the "NL" icon in the upper-right corner of Chrome).

All condition options are not showing in the dropdown menu

You control which conditions are displayed in that menu. Check the boxes for every condition you want to display in the NeuroLister menu.

Labels are printing weird

Be sure you are using our label application correctly. The three settings you have to get right are:

  1. Printer brand

  2. Label size

  3. Vertical / horizontal orientation

If you confirm these are all set correctly, please send us a photo of the label so we can diagnose.

Another issue that can happen is that your printer can get miscalibrated, which results in a label printing across two labels. Look up "how to re-calibrate (printer brand)" and follow the steps.

Fee / net profit calculations are not correct

This could be one of two things.

One, Amazon could be giving us bad data. This usually happens when the weight or size for an item in Amazon catalog is incorrect. In this instance, we have to go with what Amazon tells us. Amazon data can be imperfect.

Two, it's possible Amazon does not know the product dimensions for an item and NeuroLister was forced to estimate fees. This will lead to approximate, but usually somewhat inaccurate figures.

Pricing table is not loading

This happens occasionally. Reload the page and that should resolve it.

The shipment stalled while processing / didn't complete / glitched out

Many possible causes, but the first step is to confirm if Amazon received the shipment feed.

Then click "Active Workflows."

If your shipment did not make it to Amazon, and it has vanished from NeuroLister, follow the steps from the next section...

Shipment is missing or showing errors

This means something glitched out while we were submitting the shipment to Amazon. Don't worry, you have two options to resolve.

Option #1: Download the shipment file in NeuroLister and upload to Amazon

  1. Go to your NeuroLister shipment history.

  2. Find the missing shipment.

  3. Click "Get Excel file."

  4. Go to Inventory

  5. Click Add Products via Upload

  6. Select the type of file you want to upload

  7. Click Choose File

  8. Find the file you want to upload

  9. Click Upload your Inventory File

Option #2: Reload the shipment in NeuroLister and re-submit to Amazon

  1. Go to your NeuroLister shipment history.

  2. Find the missing shipment.

  3. Click "reload data."

  4. Click "ship FBA" or "Complete MF." This will re-submit your shipment or listings to Amazon.
