NeuroLister's condition notes features come in two parts:

  1. Condition notes.

  2. Condition note snippets.

Understanding condition notes

In your NeuroLister settings, you have the option of saving default condition descriptions for each condition (Acceptable, Good, Very Good, and Like New).

NeuroLister comes with preset condition notes, which you are free to use. They are specifically written for books. If you are not selling books, you'll want to edit these to be more appropriate for the products you're selling.

Notes can be edited in the NeuroPrice menu.

Understanding condition note snippets

These are shorter notes you can add to the beginning of your condition note, to address specific condition issues. Some examples include highlighted pages (books), missing dustjacket (books), disc scuffs (CDs or DVDs), etc.

You can add as many snippets as you'd like in the NeuroPrice menu.

In Precision mode, click the "Note" button to open up all your saved notes. Click one more more that you'd like to add, and they are placed at the beginning of your main condition description.

Editing notes after completing a listing

You can always edit any condition note after listing. Click the "down" arrow in the main shipment table (to the left of the item name). This brings up the expanded view, where you can view and edit your condition notes.
