Step one: Connect your Amazon account

This was probably the first thing you did when you signed up. So if you're reading this, you've probably done this already.

Step two: Install NeuroLister

Step three: Install the label printer app (FBA sellers only)

Step four: Go to your "Shipments" page in Amazon

Even if you're a Merchant Fulfilled seller, this is the page where NeuroLister displays.

Step five: Login to NeuroLister

This is done in the "NL" icon in the upper-right corner of Chrome. If you don't see it, click the puzzle piece icon.

Enter the email and address you set when you signed up.

Step six: Configure your settings

Again, this is done in the "NL" icon in the upper-right corner of Chrome.

Here are the things NeuroLister needs to get started:

  1. Choose your fulfillment mode. Merchant fulfilled or FBA? You can change this anytime, but you each shipment or batch has to be one or the other.

  2. Choose your listing mode: Fast mode or Precision mode? The way you choose is to ask: How important is the initial price you set? If it's very important, choose Precision. If you use a repricer daily and it's not that important, choose Fast. You can change anytime.

  3. Edit your min/max prices. We have default values, but if this is important to you, you can edit these.

  4. Edit your default price. This is the price set when either there are no competing sellers, or the reference price used in your pricing logic does not exist.

  5. Set pricing logic. This is used in Fast mode only. What price do you want NeuroLister to set?

FBA seller?

  1. Add a "ship from" address & phone number. Amazon needs this.

  2. Choose a label option.

Optional

  1. Add condition note snippets.

  2. Customize SKU settings.

  3. Configure your Keepa view.

  4. Add inventory sources.

  5. Edit condition notes.

Step seven: Start scanning

Put your cursor in the UPC/ISBN field, and use your barcode scanner to start scanning.

If you're using Precision Mode, hit "List" once you set your price. For Fast Mode, listing happens automatically.

Step eight: Wait for Amazon to accept all items

It can take up to 90 minutes for Amazon to "accept" each listing. Items will remain on "pending" status until accepted.

If some items are taking too long, you can always delete them and add them to a future shipment.

Step nine: Print labels (FBA only)

If you're creating an FBA shipment, the "print all" button will print ever label at once, in the order you listed.

You can print a single label for any item by clicking the "print label" icon next in the row for each item.

Step ten: Complete the shipment

Merchant fulfilled seller? Click the "Confirm" button (upper right) and your listings are live instantly.

FBA seller? Click "Ship FBA." Wait for the shipment feed to be sent to Amazon.

Then click the button to head over to Amazon and complete this shipment.

Step eleven (OPTIONAL): Generate box contents file (FBA only)

Once you're on the "Send to Amazon" page, you'll see our Box Contents file generator functionality at the top. The steps to use are:

  1. Choose "Upload Excel File" for each pack group (on the Amazon page).

  2. Download the file for each pack group.

  3. Scan all items into their respective boxes using the Neurolister Box Content feature.

  4. Click "Packlist" and upload the file you just downloaded from Amazon.

  5. Download the new file from NeuroLister.

  6. Upload the new file to each pack group (in Amazon).
