You start by requesting a trial through the contact form in the NewtonOne NG platform here:
An account for the Beey application will then be created using your email address, and you will receive an email with details for logging in.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the Beey editor, where you can submit an audio or video transcription either by providing a URL link or by uploading your own audio/video file in a supported format directly into the application. Transcriptions can be edited within the application both during the transcription process and after it is completed.
Transcribed videos will immediately appear in the Automatic Transcriptions tab in the NewtonOne NG application.
To include an automatic transcription in your monitoring, use the NewtonOne label in the Beey application.
The transcription will be automatically saved to your personalised tag “Beey – email@domain.com” in the News Feed module in NewtonOne.
This sending process ensures that the most up-to-date version of the transcription is available in the monitoring, and it can be repeated at any time.
If you need to choose which transcriptions to include in monitoring, do not select the label in Beey. Instead, mark the transcription using the checkbox in the News Feed module of the NewtonOne application and assign the appropriate label there.
In the News feed module, selected transcriptions from the tag can also be added to monitoring topics using the Add to Topics button.
If the transcription is already included in the monitoring and you are making final edits in the Beey editor, don’t forget to send the project again using the NewtonOne tag after completing the changes. This is the only way to ensure that the final edits are correctly reflected in the transcription within the monitoring.
