Turn on this feature to automatically pre-fill your guest entry fields if the repeat guest's phone number is recognized

This feature for Self Check-in will pre-fill the form for your guests with info from their last visit! This can greatly expedite the check-in process and give your repeat guests a more convenient and personalized check-in experience.

​How it works:
πŸ“± A guest inputs their phone number on your form.
πŸ” Our system detects if they are a repeat guest or not.
πŸ’¬ If they are a repeat guest, our system sends an SMS text to them with a unique code to confirm their identity (2FA).
πŸͺ„ Once confirmed, all info from their past visit populates in the form!

**Please note: 2FA verification texts sent for identity confirmation are treated as standard messages that count towards your message limit.

​How to turn this feature on:
1. Head to SCI Settings and confirm you have the "Phone" field enabled for your form (Note, this feature won't work if you aren't using the standard phone field).

2. Under Additional Settings, toggle on "Repeat Guest Recognition".
3. Click "Save" to confirm your changes.

4. You're all set! Give your form a whirl to confirm the experience.
