You will need a strong and reliable internet connection (WiFi, ethernet, or cellular) to use our application. We recommend testing your connection well in advance of accepting guests to confirm there is no network lag. We don't currently support an offline mode, so a strong connection is recommended to ensure a top-notch experience.
How to test your connection
From the device your using to operate NextMe, go to a network speed test site such as Cloudflare Speed Test.
Confirm if the test result scores are strong.
Consider upgrading your network if the results are poor.
Be ready to download your measurement results to send to support@nextmeapp.com if you require troubleshooting assistance.
Your waiting guests will also need internet access (cellular will suffice) in order to receive SMS text notifications, fill out your Self Check-in form, and view your Virtual Waiting Room.
