You will need a reliable internet connection (WiFi, ethernet, or cellular) to use our application. We don't currently support an offline mode, so a strong connection is recommended to ensure a top-notch experience.

Your waiting guests will also need internet access (cellular will suffice) in order to receive SMS text notifications and use your Virtual Waiting Room or Self Check-in form if you have those features enabled.
