We currently support SMS sends to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and most European nations. To send messages outside the U.S. and Canada, simply click "Request Access" below the phone field on the Add Guest page. Our support team will review your request and enable international SMS capabilities if your account qualifies.

Given the growing threat of SMS fraud internationally, we will be gradually opening this up to more countries over time. Check back on this list frequently and feel free to send us a message if you have a particular use case that would warrant sending SMS to a country or countries that are currently unsupported.

Please be aware that SMS works differently in every country. Some countries limit the ability for guests to send replies. Depending on country of origin, this means that some guests may not be able to confirm or cancel service by replying "1" or "9". Review the following Country Guidelines to learn more about the unique SMS rules by country.
