My screen is frozen or showing an error message, what do I do?

Sorry to hear you're encountering an issue. We recommend the following steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check your internet connection and make sure you have a strong signal. This is the most common cause of pages not loading or freezing up.

  2. Reload the page by clicking the refresh button in your browser. Sometimes broken pages can be fixed by a simple refresh.

  3. Hard Refresh the page. If you are on a device with a keyboard, you can do this by holding down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then pressing R. You can think of this as a more intense version of reloading the page. Sometimes it is enough to fix your issues.

  4. If you see an error message, screenshot or write down what is says. Our development team can use the content of the error message to help solve your issue.

  5. When in doubt, contact us via Intercom chat or by phone at (877) 639-8631.
