NextMe iOS (v1) - Our SMS providers have fully resolved our issue with failed text notifications. All SMS messaging and systems are operational and working as normal.

NextMe iOS (v1) is still experiencing intermittent SMS deliverability issues. We continue to investigate the issue and believe we've identified the root cause with carrier filtering. We've escalated the issue with our SMS provider and are working around the clock to find a timely solution. We'll continue to keep you posted here as we have further updates. NextMe iOS (v1) is currently experiencing intermittent SMS deliverability issues. We're working with our text carrier to resolve this as soon as possible, and will post an update here when normal service is restored.

In the meantime, we suggest using an alternative notification method to notify your guests. The most common way is to collect phone numbers as usual and simply call the number on file in addition to clicking the notify button.
