Since February 19th, 2024, we have implemented our new subscription-based pricing model, designed to align with our enhanced focus on payouts—a key aspect of our service offerings that we are committed to innovating and improving.

General

What subscription plans are available?

We have three plans available for you:

  • BASIC: PHP 1,500/month

  • PRO: PHP 3,750/month

  • PRO PLUS: PHP 7,500/month

Please note that payout transaction fees still apply on top of subscription plans.

All fees are inclusive of the Value-Added Tax (VAT).

Are there any discounts or free trials to test out a subscription tier first?

New customers can avail of a fifteen-day (15) FREE trial period which starts once your account is created after qualifying and talking with our sales team.

Free trial accounts come with all the features of our Pro Plus Plan, except access to a designated Account Manager.

Existing Verified NextPay customers then, upon implementation, were given 30 days starting February 19th, 2024 until March 20th, 2024 to choose a subscription tier if they wish to continue using the NextPay platform.

What happens to my existing NextPay account if I don’t subscribe?

If you don’t avail of one of the subscription plans by the end of your trial period (shown on your dashboard), you won’t be able to use NextPay’s services to send money. However, you will be able to request to use a one-time payout (Quick Transfer) to be able to withdraw any remaining funds in your NextPay account.

Additionally, your account will remain accessible and you can upgrade any time afterward, or you may contact the support team to close your account.

Can I switch between subscription tiers at any time?

Yes, you can request to change subscription tiers at any time on the account settings page or by filling out this form. Once submitted, your updates are final.

Please give us 1-2 business days to process your request.

Is there an enterprise or customized tier available for large-volume customers?

Features

Can I still use NextPay's API and integrate it with my other systems on the Basic tier?

API and Webhook access is available with the Pro Plus plan. View our Pricing Page for more information.

Can I manage multiple NextPay accounts under one subscription plan?

Each NextPay account needs to be subscribed to a plan. Pro and Pro Plus plans offer a set number of workspaces.

Whether you have a single primary workspace or decide to add multiple secondary workspaces depends entirely on your subscription plan.

Will there be any changes to the payout limits or frequencies in each tier?

The transaction limits will still be based on your account verification level.

Will add-on services or features be available to customize a subscription plan?

Yes! You can add extra workspaces or request personalized support from a designated account manager. View our Pricing Page for more information.

Billing

How can I pay for my subscription?

You can select and add your payment details on the Settings page. You can follow the detailed steps in this article.

We apologize—at this time, payments can only be made via your NextPay Balance since May 2024. We're working to restore credit card payments and will keep you updated!

How will billing and renewal be handled for subscriptions?

You can access your subscription billing on the account settings page. Once subscribed, you will automatically be renewed on the same date next month unless canceled before the due date or the subscription payment has failed.

Will there be options to pay monthly or annually for subscriptions?

For now, subscriptions are available on a monthly basis. Annual subscriptions are being considered and may be introduced at a later time.


Support

Will customer support still be available on all subscription tiers?

You will have access to our general customer support channels on all subscription tiers, subject to Customer Support Hours (10AM to 6PM daily).

If you subscribe to Pro Plus, you will automatically have a dedicated account manager.
