Smartbuds come with multiple wing and tip sizes. The best fit is the one that feels comfortable, doesn’t shift, and gives you a pass on the in-app signal check (in Settings> Smartbuds).
To determine your size...
Begin with the default sizes that come on your Smartbuds.
If there’s a gap between the wings and your ears, try larger wings.
If they feel unforgettable or hang out, try smaller wings and/or tips.
How to position Smartbuds in your ears
Gently place the bud in your ear canal.
Twist it slightly toward the back of your head.
Check that the top of the bud touches the upper ridge of your ear.
Ensure the bottom part rests along the lower curve of your ear—no big gaps.
If it feels loose or moves around, try a different size.
