Q: When I select “Sleep” in the app, how can I listen to my own music? Do I have to use the sounds in the app?
With Smartbuds, you can listen to any audio, whether it’s from Spotify, Apple Music, a podcast app, or anywhere else. Starting a Sleep session (or any other session) simply prompts the sensors to record in the background.
If you do prefer to play your own music—and don't want Soundscapes to start when you launch a session— go to Settings → Smartbuds and toggle off “Play Soundscape with Session Start.” (See screenshot below.)
