How to perform a factory reset

Resets may be necessary to resolve Bluetooth issues and troubleshoot other problems.

To perform a factory reset:

  1. Place both buds in the case.

  2. With the case lid open, hold the case button until all three case LEDS begin to blink slowly (approximately 12 seconds).

  3. Once lights turn off, close case lid and leave closed for 10 seconds. Then reopen.

  4. After resetting, you’ll need to re-pair your buds: In the NextSense app, go to Settings › Smartbuds › Set up new Smartbuds and follow the prompts.
