Place both buds in the case and close the lid.

Hold the case button for 12 seconds, until all three case LEDS begin to blink.

Once lights turn off, keep the lid closed for 10 seconds. Then reopen.

After resetting, you’ll need to re-pair your buds: In the NextSense app, go to Settings › Smartbuds › Set up new Smartbuds and follow the prompts.
