Overview

Structured interviews can reduce bias in the screening process and ensure that you’re truly evaluating the candidate competencies that matter most! Nimble offers users the ability to create a structured and consistent interview process by leveraging scorecards to organize questions, document notes and review feedback from all participants.

Completing a scorecard

To log feedback on a candidate, navigate to the candidate’s quick view or profile and click "add/view" next to interview scorecards.

Then click the green button labeled +New Scorecard, select the scorecard template you’d like to use. You will have the ability to select from a pre-determined list of scorecards, as well as your own existing templates. Next, you'll enter your feedback before hitting Complete & Submit.

If you need to walk away from a scorecard before you are ready to submit, just click the Save as Draft button on the bottom left. The scorecard will also automatically save every 10 seconds.

When you are ready to come back to the scorecard you can click the scorecard icon, find your draft, and click the finish scorecard button on the top right to make any additional edits.

Note that other users will not be able to see your scorecard until you’ve pressed the complete & submit button.

If you decide you want to delete this scorecard, you can always click the delete link down at the bottom of the opened scorecard.

Completed scorecards are associated to specific job applications. You can see the number of scorecards recorded for a given application on a candidate's quick view, full profile, and the job line item in your candidate list.

Scorecard visibility

Only users with access to the candidate's application will be able to see completed scorecards for that job posting. If there is an existing scorecard that has not been assigned to a role, Super Admin can assign from the scorecard model, using the Assign to role dropdown.
