About the partnership
Nimble and OECOSL have partnered to allow early childhood and out of school learning providers statewide to post jobs for free to the Indiana Educator Job Board, to amplify providers’ job postings and allow them to connect with more candidates. If desired, providers can additionally choose to take advantage of Nimble’s full applicant tracking system (ATS) access to support their end-to-end recruitment and hiring process. Both levels of engagement are free of charge to providers.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to participate in this engagement?
No. Both levels of the engagement are completely optional for providers.
What are the advantages of participating in this engagement?
Participating in the “Indiana Educator Job Board access only” engagement allows you to post all of your jobs to the Indiana Educator Job Board, which attracts thousands of candidates each month during peak hiring seasons. Opting into the “full ATS access” gives providers who may not have an applicant tracking system (ATS) access to a software system to track, manage, and onboard job applicants. Rather than having to post jobs manually to the Indiana Educator Job Board, those using the ATS will have their jobs posted there automatically.
What is an applicant tracking system (ATS)?
An applicant tracking system is a software tool traditionally used by employers to post jobs on their website and receive applications for those jobs. They have the functionality to screen applications, conduct interviews, contact candidates, and sometimes to complete onboarding paperwork.
Do I have to use Nimble’s applicant tracking system?
No. If you do not wish to use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or wish to keep your current ATS at this time rather than switching to Nimble, you can still leverage Nimble to post jobs on the Indiana Educator Job Board without using the Nimble ATS by selecting the "Indiana Educator Job Board access only" option. When using this option, applicants from the Indiana Educator Job Board will be routed to apply through your existing process.
