Updated over a year ago

Introduction to 'My Library'

To access the library, tap the ‘My Library’ icon in the menu bar, and choose ‘Sign Up’ to start your 7-day free trial. If you already have an nkoda account, tap ‘Login’.

The library is split into 3 main sections: Discover, My Library and Search.

To access your own personal library, tap ‘My Library’ - the 2nd tab at the bottom of your screen. You’ll be presented with five subsections: Recently played, Editions/Parts, Playlists, Annotations, and Uploads.

Recently Played: all the scores and parts that you have recently opened appear here.

Editions/Parts: all the content that you’ve saved to your library appears here.

Playlists: organise all your scores into folders and programmes here.

Annotations: view, access and share all your annotation layers here.

Uploads: upload and store your own personal files and PDFs here, using the ‘+’ icon.

Adding titles to your Library

Next to every edition and part in nkoda is a three-dot menu. To add titles to your library from the Discover and Search sections, tap on the three dot menu next to a title to ‘Save to Library’, ‘Add to Playlist’, learn ‘About’ the piece, and ‘Share’ with others.

Tap on the ‘Heart’ icon to quickly save a piece to your Library - in 'Editions/Parts'.

Removing titles from your Library

To remove titles from your library, head into your library and tap 'Editions/Parts'. Either tap the heart next to the edition to remove it, or select the three-dot menu and tap 'Remove from Library'.

Sharing titles

Select the three-dot menu next to a title and select 'Share'. You can share titles with other musicians that use nkoda via email, social media or through a URL link.

Head to 'Playlists' and 'Annotations' to share whole playlists and annotation layers with others in the same way.
