If your institution uses Gmail as their email client, we offer this seamless Single Sign-On option.

NOTE: It’s very important to follow each of the steps carefully, to ensure that you are signing in as a member of your institution.

Step 1: Access nkoda

Navigate to app.nkoda.com or download the nkoda app on your personal device(s) using the appropriate App Store links.

Step 2: Get Started with Google Sign Up

Open the app, click "Get Started," and select "Sign up with Google."

Step 3: Sign in with Your Institutional Email

Enter your institutional email address (e.g., username@institutionaldomain.edu) and password when prompted.

Step 4: Create or Link Your nkoda Account

Create your nkoda account details or log in to link them up, using your institutional email address.

Step 5: Continue as a Member of Your Institution

You'll be prompted to "Continue as a member of [Institution Name]." Click "Yes."

Step 6: Confirm Successful Authentication

A banner at the top of your screen will indicate "You are signed in as a member of [Institution Name]." This confirms you have successfully completed the process.
