The app prompts me to subscribe even though I have a subscription - what should I do? I need help logging in.

If you know you have created a subscription with ARIA-i, but the app is prompting you to subscribe or encouraging you to try logging in again, it may be that you are logged into a different account to the one that holds your subscription.

Here's what you can do:

  • Refresh your browser’s cache and cookies. We recommend using a desktop device to log in.

  • Check your emails to see which email address your ARIA-i receipts are being sent to. It is likely that this email address is the email associated with your account. However, you may still need to sign in with a particular social sign on, as explained next...

  • It may be that you initially signed up with a social sign-on, e.g. Apple, Facebook, Google, instead of with an email address and password. If you signed up to ARIA-i through one of these social sign-ons, you will need to log out of ARIA-i, and log back in again with the social sign-on you used to sign up initially with.
