I Forgot My Password!
If you are trying to login and have forgotten your password, you can simply enter your email address and click "Reset here" in the bottom of the login window.
The system will send you a temporary password via email in a few minutes time - make a cup of tea - then check your email. You can use this to login, then update your password in the Account Info tab of the Partner Dashboard.
Changing my password
Question: I reset my password because I forgot and now I have a 6-digit number? Can I change it again?
Answer: Yes, of course you can! Once you've used your temporary password to login, click on Account and Settings in the Partner Dashboard. You'll be able to enter a new password here:
Account > Settings > Security
