Listing an item on NOLD could not be easier, and we're here to guide you through each step.
On the website: Just click on "Sell" in the top left corner of the home page, or navigate to the Profile icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. From there, select My Listings -> Add Listing.
On mobile: On the home page, click the "Plus" button located in the menu bar at the bottom corner of the screen.
On the NOLD, you can list your pre-loved items to sell in three different ways:
Product search, where the brand is a partner.
AI assistant, where the brand is not yet a partner and the AI fills in all essential details.
Manual listing, where the brand is not yet a partner and you prefer to input the item's details manually.

Product search

If we are partnering with the brand of the item you are selling, simply search the name of the brand in the text box and in the next steps all of our product database of the brand will be automatically loaded.
You can find your product by searching by department, category, colour, type, and subtype. Select the specific item you want to sell and click on "Next".
Now you are prompted to add at least two current photos of your item. You can either select them from your computer, or scan the QR code and upload the photos directly from your phone. How great is that?
Keep in mind that if the item has visible defects, missing parts, visible signs of wear, they need to be shown on the photos. Authenticity and transparency are key here, so ensure the images accurately represent your product's condition.
Indicate the current condition of your item, ensuring accuracy in your representation.
Insert the price at which you wish to sell your item. We'll provide you with a price recommendation, considering the information you've already provided about your item, including, brand, type, original price, and condition. However, feel free to set your own price within the suggested range.
In the next step you will see that all the information from the brand - title, description, colour, size, category, type, subtype, are automatically pre-filled, thanks to the brand's product database. You can share any extra information about your item, or a great story it goes with in the description.
If you haven't filled in your shipping address when setting up your account, provide information on where you will be shipping the item from.
Preview your listing, ensuring all details are accurate, and then hit Submit.
Your listing is now under review. Know that we review every listing carefully to ensure it will contribute to a more aesthetic and trustworthy NOLD community. If everything checks out, it will be live and available for purchase within 24 hours.

If the brand you are selling is not yet a partner, start the listing process by uploading two photos of the item. After uploading the photos, you have the freedom to choose the cover photo of your listing.
Indicate the current condition and resale price of the item and in the next step you'll be amazed - our AI assistant steps in, swiftly generating your item's title, description, and essential details. It's like having your very own virtual assistant—pretty cool, right? Just click on the button "Magically prefill".
Select the size and proceed to shipping details. As a final step you need to Preview and Submit the listing.
