If the item you received doesn't fit, or you changed your mind about it, we can offer to re-list it on your profile for resale. 

Otherwise, every purchase made on the NOLD is considered a final sale and cannot be returned, unless we establish that the received item is damaged or in a condition that does not match the description provided by the seller.

In the event that you receive an item with undisclosed defects, missing attributes, or authenticity concerns not outlined in the listing, you have a 3-day window from the date of receiving the item to raise a dispute. Our team will thoroughly investigate the matter, and if it is confirmed that the item is indeed in a condition different from what was described by the seller, you will be requested to return the item.


Throughout the entire process, we might request additional photos that serve as evidence of the misrepresentation or defect. Having these photos ready when you contact us would be greatly beneficial.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund to ensure that you are compensated appropriately for the misrepresented purchase. Please note that our commitment is to provide a fair resolution in cases where the received item does not meet the specified conditions.
