The basic price of the flexible stay includes:

Fully furnished once every two weeks.
Lightly furnished once every month.
If you have made a contract before January 4, 2024, your studio will be cleaned every two weeks, regardless of whether it is fully or lightly furnished.
Shared facilities for dining, relaxation, and work for all guests
Sauna:
Saunas open on weekdays from 8 am to 10 am & 3 pm to 10 pm, on weekends from 10 am to 10 pm.
Saunas are either separate for men and women or in common use, depending on the location. The sauna area cannot be reserved for exclusive use.
Gym open 24/7 (respecting night silence from 10 pm till 8 am)
Luggage storage available when staff is present
Service stations on the hallway
Vacuum cleaners, irons, steamers, and hairdryers for borrowing
Shared car in Katajanokka, which can also be used by guests from other
locations
Separate fee through the Omago app
