Move-ins are possible on your arrival day between 3pm-9/10pm (please note that we have staff available until 9 or 10 pm, depending on the site). After the check in day, you can move between 8am-10pm. Move-outs must be complete by 11am on your scheduled check out day. Moving vans can freely park at the loading dock with studio accessible elevators. Read more about moving in and out.

If you are checking out from short stay booking (one day to 30 days), please make sure to remove all your belongings from the studio before you check out. There's no need to clean or take out the trash - we'll take care of that. You can leave the studio key in the checkout box near the main entrance. Check out is available until 11am on your scheduled day of departure.

If you are checking out from flexible stay booking (minimum 1 month stay), please ensure your studio is in the same condition than upon check in. Final cleaning consists of: floor vacuuming and washing, wiping all surfaces, removing household trash and recycling, washing the dishes and gathering all your belongings to take with you. Remember to take all your belongings with you when you leave. You can contact our staff if you have any reusable, small size items that you would like to dispose of. You can also contact us with any flexible stay checkout questions, time accommodations or concerns. Check out is available until 11am on your scheduled day of departure.

In any emergency always call 112. This is the direct line for help from the police, rescue, ambulance or social services.

First aid equipment and a defibrillator are located in the shared areas, our staff is trained in first aid.

The building is equipped with automatic fire detectors that are linked to Emergency Response Center and will alarm fire brigade automatically during fire alarm. Alarms should always be taken seriously for your own safety.
​

In case of fire, follow the general safety instructions on your studio door. Check the emergency plans for Noli Katajanokka, Noli Katajanokka II, Noli Sörnäinen, Noli Myyrmäki, Noli Malmi, Noli Herttoniemi and Noli Otaniemi.
​

Evacuation of the building is ordered and executed by the fire brigade if necessary – despite this, always use your own judgement considering the conditions and exit the studio/building if you are in immediate danger. If the corridor is filled with smoke, staying inside the studio and alerting the emergence response center (112) about your location is advised.
​

The emergency exits (and the lobby gates in Katajanokka) are equipped with green emergency exit buttons, which releases the door for emergency exit when pressed. The emergency exits are equipped with these buttons, as you must be able to use the exits even when the key is not with you.
​

Please note that under any circumstances fire detectors should not be removed or covered. If removing or covering the detector causes an emergency visit or a visit by the authority, the costs will be charged in full from the guest in whose studio the detector has been removed/covered. To avoid unnecessary fire alarms, remember to always use the extractor hood when cooking - however, if smoke is caused while cooking, the smoke should not (without authorities) be ventilated into the corridor, as this action will cause a fire alarm. If a fire alarm is caused by non-compliance, the costs will be charged in full from the guest.

Noli Studios is your home as long as you stay, so please take care of it as your own. You can decorate your studio as you wish, but major changes such as painting the walls or installing shelving is prohibited. A rail system or a shelf (holds maximum of 2 kilos) is there to place your artwork. Hanging strings for possible rails can be requested from Noli Staff without an extra fee.

The studio has mechanical ventilation to ensure fresh indoor airflow. The temperature in the studio is influenced by a number of factors, including the position of the main electrical switch, ventilation through the windows and the average air temperature outside. There are differences in temperature control from one location to another. If you need more information about ventilation in your studio, please contact the staff at the location.
​

Service stations are stocked with common household appliances including: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and clothes steamer. All are free to use, but need to be returned after each use for other guests.
​

Remember to never run the dishwasher or laundry machine while you’re away and close the water faucet between each use.
​

Each guest is given their own personal keycard and can not be shared with anyone else. The personal keycards opens your studio and the shared spaces. If your keycard is lost, please contact your hosts immediately and in an emergency outside of office hours, the security company can be contacted to provide access to your studio for a fee. To ensure the safety for all Noli Studios guests and staff, always close doors behind you. It is also important to not wedge a door open for safety reasons and it will sound an unnecessary alarm. Alarms forwarded to the security company result in a charge for the person responsible and are identified through camera surveillance.

For the safety of yourself and other guests never leave a burning candle unattended.

If more storage space is needed for any extra furniture pieces or personal items, just contact our staff.
​

In case a card reader on the studio door blinks red when opening the door, the battery of the reader is running out and must be changed. Inform our staff immediately to avoid getting locked outside. The battery change does not require entering your studio, only the door must be opened.

To reduce your energy impact, always turn off the main electricity when leaving your studio. The electrical outlets marked in green will have power all the time and can be used while you’re away to charge a phone or other device.

All Noli Studios locations have recycling facilities for mixed waste, bio-waste, cardboard, glass, small metal, plastic and paper. In each studio there are containers for sorting waste. We hope you will sort according to the general recycling guidelines.
​

Batteries can be brought to Noli Staff to recycle.

We are happy to accommodate your guests and friends, but remember they do not have access to all the shared spaces such as the spa and gym. Overnight guests are allowed according to the amount of beds in your studio and can stay longer than two nights by filling out a passenger card to receive a temporary, personal keycard.

It is important to never share your personal keycard with your guests or friends.
​

If you notice inappropriate behavior by any guests or their friends, please notify our staff immediately. After host office hours, contact the security. Any inappropriate behavior is condemned. Your guests are your responsibility.
​

To make all our guests comfortable and able to use the common areas properly, you can bring a total of 3 friends at a time to Noli common areas. If you are planning to bring a larger number of friends, this must be agreed separately with our staff.

Pets are warmly welcome to any of our studios for an additional fee. The pet fee is 30 € per month. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your furry friend so that we can make sure you have a pet sticker for your studio door and include the pet fee in your reservation.

Notify that you are liable of any damages caused by your pet.
​

To protect other allergic guests, please keep your pet on a leash in the common areas and refrain from lounging with them in the shared spaces such as common kitchen, working spaces and movie room.
​

Pets must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pet without any delays both inside and outside the property.

In common and shared spaces the guests should act according to principal guidelines, Noli house rules and guest playbook. Any misconduct or bad behavior will not be tolerated. Please respect other guests at all times.
​

The common areas of Noli Studios are created for a community, to socialize, work and relax. Enjoy the freedom of shared spaces, but respect others by cleaning up after yourself and remember your personal items when you’re finished.
​

Shared facilities are open 24 hours a day. Please still pay attention to night time silence between 10pm and 8am!
​

Noli Studios is not responsible for items left behind, but please ask the staff if missing items were turned in to lost and found.
​

If the shared spaces need additional cleaning after your use due to mess left behind, additional cleaning costs can be charged from you.
​

Noli Studios is smoke-free and designated smoking areas are marked accordingly. Any drug use or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
​

In order for our shared spaces and facilities to be fully use by all our guests, please take good care of the spaces and take others into account. Please note that if our guest (or his/her friend) is intentionally causing mess or damage (that is different from regular use) in our shared spaces, we will charge 100€/every starting hour of repair and cleaning work.

The shared kitchen and dining space make it possible to prepare meals together with your neighbours. The common fridge and freezer can be used by all guests, but please mark your name and the date you plan to use it on any food items to ensure they are not thrown out during weekly cleaning.
​

All appliances and equipment in the shared kitchen are meant to be used by all, so always leave the kitchen as you found it. Refrain from removing any tools from the kitchen and thoroughly clean up after using the space.
​

Location-specific eateries have licensed areas for consuming alcohol purchased from them. When buying your own alcohol, it may only be consumed outside the licensed areas. Our staff is happy to answer any questions about alcohol use areas.

Our workspaces provide workstations, Internet access and an atmosphere that allows you to concentrate. Working rooms are not available to book for personal use. Our meeting room can be booked by contacting our hosts (site-specific). You can contact our hosts for more booking information details.

Each Noli Studios has a gym, which is open 24/7 for Noli Studios guests at no additional cost. You can train anytime with your personal key card. Please remember to put all equipment back to their place and observe the general night time silence between 10pm and 8am when exercising. (Noli Katajanokka II guests have a separate key card for the gym, which can be picked up from the Host office)

In our relaxing sauna area you will find changing rooms, showers and saunas for both men and women separately. Additionally, there is also a steam sauna and jacuzzi for common use in Noli Sörnäinen and Noli Katajanokka. Please note that sauna in Noli Malmi is not separated, and is in the use of all guests.

For the safety of all guests, always shower before entering the sauna or jacuzzi and refrain from using any glass or ceramic items in the sauna area.

Always wear swimwear when using the spa- and sauna areas specifically meant for mixed use of all genders.

In short-stay studios a general cleaning is performed every two days. (National holidays may affect to the cleaning schedule) Sheet and towel change is done once a week. Please let us know by using the "privacy" button on your door lock if you do not want to be disturbed and we will try to carry out the clean later that day.

The towels provided in the studios are for washing purposes only. Damaged towels will be subject to a surcharge. Please do not wash the linen and towels provided in the studios yourself.
​

In flexible-stay fully furnished studios a general cleaning and sheet/towel-change is performed biweekly. In flexible-stay lightly furnished studios a general cleaning is performed monthly. We will inform you about the weekday that cleaning takes place beforehand. Due to cleaning scheduling the cleaning day of your studio may vary 1-2 days. If any changes occur, we will inform you by email.

You will love to come home to a sparkling clean space, so prepare your studio before the cleaning team arrives. Always take out your own garbage and recycle any papers, magazines, bottles and cans. Clothes need to be picked up from the floor, any valuable items moved into a cabinet and all surfaces need to be free of any loose articles.
​

The studio must be empty from both people and pets during the cleaning. Please make sure that your personal belongings are stored away and not in the way of the cleaning.
​

In addition to the washing machine in your studio, you have the possibility to book a time for our shared laundry room. It is equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers, ironing appliances, sewing possibilities and a large drying area for hanging your clothes and sheets.

More specific instructions and guidelines for booking a machine can be found from the laundry room.

Leave the laundry area clean for the next guest and do not wash carpets, shoes or any other items that could harm the machines. Like this we can together ensure you the cleanest laundry possible.

Clothing or articles left in the drying room for more than a day will be removed by the staff. If you notice something that needs to be fixed, please contact our staff.

Mail orders can be received for you and picked up from the warm storage space within three days and from the cold storage space within the following day. Inform our hosts about your incoming order and when you will pick it up. Only the hosts have access to the storage spaces and all orders not picked up will be removed. Noli Studios is not responsible for the orders or their condition.

As a Noli Studios guest, you have the possibility to receive mail directly to your own mailbox located in the lounge. Please register your change of address along with your studio number through Posti.

Additional storage rooms are available for both large and small belongings. Storage space can be reserved for an additional charge. Our staff can provide further details about available units' sizes and prices.

An indoor, bicycle storage room is available for all guests. It is secure, free of charge and located downstairs. Bike stands are available for storing all bikes and those left not stored properly on the stands will be removed from the storage room. If you need assistance with the bike stand, our hosts are more than happy to help. If you don’t own a bicycle, we have Pelago bikes to lend for a day at a time. Just ask our staff for more information.
