The pricing depends on the chosen studio and whether it is a short stay or a flexible reservation. A short stay reservation is comparable to a regular hotel booking. The studio's price is influenced by its size and the reservation's cancellation policy. During the booking process, you can choose cancellation protection, allowing you to cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before the start of the booking.
The pricing of a flexible stay booking is based on the duration of your stay – the longer you stay, the lower your monthly rate is.
Each month, on the 14th, you will receive an email with a draft invoice for the upcoming month and a request to confirm whether you wish to continue your stay beyond the next calendar month. Your contract will automatically renew for one month unless you inform us in writing by the end of the 27th of the current month that you do not wish to continue. If we do not receive such notice from you, your contract will automatically extend and you will receive an invoice for the next month’s stay on the 28th.
What does the utility fee include?
You don't have to arrange basic contracts related to accommodation yourself. For a flexible reservation, a person-specific commodity fee is added to the studio price, covering water, electricity, and the use of wireless internet.
For short stay bookings, the utility fee is included in the reservation price and is not charged separately.
