Who can make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by both individual and business customers. As an individual, you can make a reservation directly on our online store, provided that the guest has a Finnish social security number and is over 18 years old. The Finnish social security number is used for credit and age verification.

If you do not have a Finnish social security number, please contact us via email at hello@nolistudios.com. It is not possible to make a reservation directly through our website, for example, with only a residence permit number. If you have a credit record entry, it does not automatically exclude the possibility of booking a studio. In such cases, our booking manager will make decisions on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us via email at hello@nolistudios.com.

As a business customer, you need to have a customer number to make a reservation. If you do not have a customer number yet, please contact our corporate sales team at sales@nolistudios.com. You can read more about booking under the company's name here.

Accommodation for children

Guests under 18 years of age cannot make a reservation, but children are certainly welcome to stay with us!

Children aged 2 and older should always be included in the total number of persons when making a reservation. For example, a studio for two people cannot be booked for two adults and a 10-year-old child.

Children under 2-years-old do not need to be included in the total number of persons for the reservation. This assumes that the child sleeps in a separate travel cot or crib.

For short-term stays, a baby bed and high chair are provided free of charge upon request.

First payment at the time of booking

At the time of booking, you will be charged the first payment. For short-term bookings, this means that the entire reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking.

In a flexible reservation, where you delay more than a month, the first payment will be charged. If the start date for the flexible reservation is on the 15th day of the calendar month or later, the first invoice covers the remaining days of the starting month and the entire next calendar month. If the start date for the agreement is on the 14th day of the calendar month or earlier (1st-14th day), the first invoice covers only the remaining days of the starting month.

The first payment must always be made at the time of booking, and the reservation will not be confirmed until the payment is received. It is not possible to make the payment later via invoice or, for example, with cash at check-in.

How to make a reservation?

Making a reservation is easy through our online reservation system here on our website. We offer two reservation options at all Noli Studios locations, with the primary determining factor being the length of your stay. The options include a Flexible reservation, valid on a monthly basis, with a minimum duration of one month, and the length affecting the monthly rate. The Short-Term reservation is comparable to a regular hotel booking, with a maximum duration of one month.

For Flexible bookings, we usually have a booking window of 2 calendar months—this may be longer in our new locations. You can make a reservation for the current or the next calendar month. The best possible prices are always available on our website.

Follow these steps in our booking system:

  1. Start by selecting either a Short-Term (under a month) or Flexible (over a month) reservation.

  2. Choose the desired location. Information on selecting the right location can be found in this article.

  3. Select the number of guests staying in the studio.

  4. Choose between a fully furnished or lightly furnished studio. For Short-Term bookings, studios are always fully furnished.

    Lightly furnished studios include a bed or beds, table and chairs, storage space, lighting, basic kitchen appliances, and, depending on the studio size, a washing machine. You can personalize the space with your own furniture, textiles, and decor. Note that dining utensils or home textiles such as pillows, blankets, towels, sheets, curtains, or rugs are not included in the lightly furnished studio.

    Fully furnished studios include a bed or beds, pillows, blankets, table and chairs, storage space, lighting, basic home appliances, textiles, and household items. Some Large-sized studios also include a sofa. Fully furnished studios include all the essentials for you to feel at home.

  5. Choose your desired arrival date.


    For Short-Term bookings: select check-in and checkout dates.

    For Flexible bookings: select only the arrival date and estimate the length of your stay. You are welcome to stay longer or leave earlier than planned. Flexible bookings are extended monthly, with a minimum duration of one calendar month. The length of the reservation affects the monthly rate.

    Please note, if you are booking a short-term reservation you can book it on the same day before 2 pm. If you are booking a flexible reservation, the earliest possible starting date is on the next day.

  6. Press "Check Availability."

  7. Select your preferred studio.

  8. Choose additional services and inform us of any special requests.


    We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all special requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them.

  9. Fill in your contact information and complete the payment.

    For Short-Term reservations, you make the full payment at once. For Flexible reservations, you make the first payment for your stay at the time of booking.

  10. Your reservation is confirmed! After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation of reservation

A flexible reservation is binding, and the first payment is always charged at the time of booking and will not be refunded, even if the reservation is canceled. For short-term reservations, cancellation protection is available as a separate option, which entitles you to a free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the reservation.

Prices

Prices vary significantly depending on the location and the size of the studio. The available studios also vary greatly based on the booking situation. You can check the prices for all available studios by starting the booking process from our homepage, either for a short-term or flexible reservation, depending on the length of your stay. After entering your accommodation details, you will receive a list of available studios with their prices. On the studio availability page, you can also switch locations, making it easy to compare available studios and their prices at different locations using the same booking details. You can browse these prices without worry, as you only need to enter any personal information after selecting a studio.
