We’ve tried to ensure accessibility in all our locations. However, the solutions may vary between properties, so we recommend contacting the site staff prior to booking to assess your individual needs. Below is a summary of the accessibility features at each Noli Studios location:

Accessibility at Noli Katajanokka starts with a ramp at the main entrance, leading to the lobby and a low check-in desk. The check-in tablets, however, are mounted in fixed stands, which may require wheelchair users to stand for photo capture. Accessible studios are located on the 1st and 7th floors, free of bed podiums. Accessible WC facilities are available on the same floors. Elevators and some doors are wheelchair-friendly, though the intercom at the main entrance may be too high for wheelchair users to reach.

The main entrance and parking hall are the recommended routes for those using rollators or other mobility aids. The ramp at the entrance provides easy access to the check-in point. All floors are accessible via elevators. For those who find the ramp challenging, the parking hall offers a convenient route directly to the elevator, as confirmed by a wheelchair-using guest. Check-in tablets are also usable while seated, though they might pose difficulties for some users. Several studios are designed for accessibility, featuring WC facilities with grab bars and emergency cords. Medium and Large studios are particularly suitable for accessibility needs. An accessible WC with grab bars and an emergency cord is also available in the first-floor lobby.

Noli Otaniemi offers a ground-level accessible entrance, with automatic doors at the main entrance and elevator lobbies. There are two accessible WC facilities on the 1st floor near the sauna and café areas. Certain studios (Spacious and Medium categories) feature partially accessible designs, including grab bars, lowered doorframes, and emergency pull cords in bathrooms. Studios 201 and 301 (Spacious Fully Furnished Studios) also include lowered kitchen counters for ease of use.

Herttoniemi features ground-level entrances equipped with push-button door openers and an accessible lift for navigating level changes on the 1st floor. Accessible WC facilities are available in common areas, and some Medium and Large studios have wheelchair-accessible bathrooms with grab bars and spacious showers. While the sauna doors are not automatic, the dressing rooms include an accessible WC. All studio doors have door closers to ensure automatic closing, though this mechanism may make opening and closing challenging for wheelchair users due to the weight or resistance of the doors.

In Myyrmäki, the main entrances are fully accessible, featuring elbow-operated door openers. Large studios (lightly furnished) are designed for wheelchair users, offering spacious bathrooms with grab bars, door closers for easier opening, and low thresholds. Some Medium studios are also mobility-friendly, though not fully accessible, with larger bathrooms and grab bars on both sides of the toilet. Elevators provide access to all floors, but some hallway doors are manual, which may make mobility more challenging.

Noli Malmi provides an accessible main entrance, with elevators serving all floors. The check-in point and elevator buttons are positioned at a height accessible for wheelchair users. Spacious studios ending in "07" are designated as accessible, located near elevators, and include large bathrooms with grab bars. However, some hallways have manual doors, which may impede movement.

At Noli Sörnäinen, the main entrance door is challenging, as it is heavy and manual, though the inner door operates automatically. An accessible WC is located on the 2nd floor, accessible via elevator. The parking hall provides step-free access to the elevators, but some doors, such as the waste room door, require manual opening. Accessible studios are primarily available in the Spacious category. The intercom and entry buzzers may be mounted too high for wheelchair users.

We do not have separate allergy-friendly studios. However, it is good to note that each studio is thoroughly cleaned before a new guest arrives. Additionally, pets are not allowed to move in common areas to accommodate those with allergies.
