How often are the studios cleaned?
Flexible reservation
Every two weeks
NOTE. Starting from January 4, 2024, the cleaning frequency for flexible studios is as follows:
Fully furnished ones every two weeks.
Lightly furnished ones every month.
If you have made an agreement before January 4, 2024, your studio will continue to be cleaned every two weeks, regardless of whether it is fully or lightly furnished.
Short stay reservation:
Every two weeks. Changing sheets and towels are made weekly.
What does the cleaning include?
Cleaning includes cleaning all available surfaces. Free floor surfaces are vacuumed and mopped. In addition, empty surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom are wiped. Please note that cleaners do not move your belongings during cleaning, so surfaces must be left in a way that allows them to be cleaned. In fully furnished studios, cleaning also includes changing linens (including sheets and towels) and making the bed.
Postponing cleaning
We can change your entire cleaning schedule, for example, from Monday to Wednesday if this better suits your schedule. The postponement of a single cleaning session is always considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the cleaning schedule. You should notify our staff of the postponement of a single cleaning session at least two days in advance.
How can I provide feedback on cleaning?
You can inform our staff of any shortcomings you notice in the cleaning so that we can pass them on and ensure that the same issues do not recur. If there are significant issues, we can arrange a re-cleaning of your studio, possibly even during the same week, but no later than the following week.
