We have different types of promo codes available with various affiliate partners. Generally our promo codes are one-time use unless otherwise stated.
To utilize such promo codes, simply apply them at check-out, in the field "Add Promo Code". If the code is valid, it will automatically be saved to your profile, and applied to your order.
To review the terms and conditions of a promo code, simply navigate to My Account > Promos > and select any of the promo codes you have previously saved to see the T&Cs.
Note that it is not possible to redeem any promo codes retroactively for a purchase that has already been made.
Promo codes can be redeemed on our webstore or on the Nomad app. Make sure you update to the latest version of the app to enable promo code functionality.
Note: The Unlimited Thailand 10-Day Plan and DTAC (50GB, 10 Days) plan cannot be purchased using promo codes, referral codes, or points. However, users will still earn points upon successful purchase.
