What’s New?

We’ve revamped how prospect data is displayed. Instead of listing every phone number on a separate row, all numbers for a prospect now appear in one streamlined row. Need to see them all? Just click the “+n more numbers” button to expand the list.

But that’s not all:

  • Extra Details: Each prospect row now includes additional information such as last connect data, notes, and signals right below the main details.

  • Customizable Column Widths: You can now adjust column widths on the fly. Simply drag the edges of any column header to set your preferred width, ensuring your data is displayed just the way you like it.

Why?

  • Streamlined View: Consolidated rows mean less clutter and easier navigation.

  • Instant Details: Extra fields give you key insights without having to dig deeper.

  • On-Demand Expansion: See full phone number lists only when you need them.

Best Practices

  • Customize Your View: Click the “rows” button on the main page to adjust settings.

  • Optimize for Efficiency: Use the expand feature to reveal additional phone numbers only when necessary.

  • Tailor the Details: Toggle each extra field individually (or the entire detail display) to suit your workflow.

How to Adjust or Turn It Off

Prefer the old look? You can easily switch things back:

  1. Click the “Rows” button on the main page.

  2. Review the settings:

    • Row Height: Adjust the maximum number of lines and padding.

    • Extra Details: Toggle individual fields or disable the entire detail section (we call this “Row Augments”).

    • Phone Number Display: Choose whether extra phone numbers are collapsed or expanded by default.

We’re committed to making your experience more efficient and enjoyable. Dive in, customize your view, and let us know what you think!

Happy Dialing!
