Expanding and Condensing Phone Numbers

By default, we will now collapse prospects with multiple phone numbers to give you a better view of your dialing list.

Overview

Previously by default, we displayed all phone numbers associated with each prospect. These phone numbers appeared as rows beneath a parent row. If your dialing list contained prospects that have multiple phone numbers, this took up a lot of space in your dialing list.

In order to allow you to see more prospects in your dialing list, we have modified the dialing list view to collapse additional phone number rows by default, with the option to expand all in dialer settings (more on this here).

If a prospect has additional numbers, a small button will now appear beneath the phone number row by default, indicating how many extra numbers the prospect has. Clicking this button will expand the the row showing the hidden numbers.

These expanded rows will display a phone number and all column fields specific to that number. All prospect-level fields will continue to be displayed only on the parent row.

Dialing

While dialing through your list, we will display a new dialing chip for prospects with multiple phone numbers. This chip will indicate the total number of phone numbers associated with the prospect and display the specific number currently being dialed.

You may also notice another new change: all non-valid tasks will now be automatically hidden while dialing. Don’t worry—you can still access these tasks by clicking the 'Load More' button in the dialer section where you wish to view prospects.

This change is designed to reduce front-end latency during dialing.

Expand Phone Numbers by Default

By default, rows will now be collapsed. However, this behavior can be changed in the Dialer Preferences under Settings -> Preferences. A new toggle, "See All Prospect Phone Numbers by Default" has been added. Enabling this toggle will cause all rows to be expanded by default.
