This article is referring to how data makes its way back and forth between Nooks and SFDC when Nooks is not directly connected to SFDC (in other words, when an SEP like Salesloft/Outreach serves as the connector between the two) and assumes that the integration between your SEP and SFDC instance is properly configured by your revops or IT team.

This article is NOT a breakdown of the direct Nooks-SFDC beta integration (article currently under construction)

What data can flow between Nooks and SFDC when the SEP is the connector?

  • Completed call tasks (only flow in one direction: from Nooks to SEP to SFDC, as activities at the company/account level)

  • Custom fields (only flow in one direction: from SFDC to SEP to Nooks. Custom fields become visible in Nooks as custom fields in the Dialer Task List)
