Nooks allows reps to create numbers in various countries from which to dial. This article applies to numbers reps are dialing from NOT countries where Nooks can dial into.
Some countries, such as the United States and Canada, work with Nooks out of the box. Others require specific documentation that must meet local regulatory requirements.
Note that regulations and laws can change from time to time, so please use this for reference purposes only and consult a legal professional for the most up-to-date laws.

Countries that require documentation
For the countries in the table below, Nooks will require specific documentation based on local regulatory requirements. For example, many countries in this list may require proof of physical presence in the country and a business registry for that country. For the full requirements, please refer to this Twilio article. Not every country listed by Twilio can be provided by Nooks. We will help submit applications on your behalf, but cannot guarantee the numbers can be provided.
Note that Nooks is unable to provide workarounds for a team not authorized to use numbers in a particular country.
