Our algorithm analyzes a vast amount of data to select an optimal set of area codes for dialing each prospect, including but not limited to past call activity, prospect / company data, time-of-day and other signals that impact a prospect's pickup likelihood.

Smart presence selects numbers for each prospect call, regardless of whether you are power or parallel-dialing.

Callbacks work normally when you are using Smart Presence; prospects who call you back will be answerable directly in Nooks, or on your mobile phone if you have the callback redirect configured.
