The Nooks Dialer includes a feature that allows you to create content that your reps see while on a call. This is particularly useful when you would like to recommend specific talk tracks or scripts for specific types of personas.

To configure these talk tracks, go to the "Battlecards" tab in Nooks. To create a new one, click "New" to add a new card. This will open up a rich text editor in which you can add headings, titles, and lists that will be displayed when reps are on a call.

These battlecards show up under the "Battlecards" tab in the view when a prospect is connected. SDRs who wish to view these battlecards on a call can just switch to that tab and they will see those battlecards.

Optionally, you can configure a battlecard to be linked to a Nooks persona. This can be done using the "Add Tag" button.

If a battlecard is linked to a Nooks persona, then it will show up in in the main card view as a "Persona Battlecard" only for prospects of that persona type. For example, in the image below since the prospect matches the "SD/BD Director" Persona, that linked battlecard shows up.
