Last release, we brought you the scanning phase and a brand new type of report focusing on each specific worklife area in turn. Now, as we head into 2024, we've taken the opportunity to make some eagerly-awaited improvements to scheduled actions, and bring you one of the most-requested features of all time: employee net promoter score (eNPS)!

While it's been possible to schedule actions in Noon since October, deciding on the most effective actions was left up to you. With our latest release, Noon will now intelligently suggest actions to you based on its understanding of your relationship with work! On your scanning timeline, you'll now see an arrow next to "Take action" where we have a suggestion to make (below, it's on the topic of "Predictability").

You can also see suggested actions for each topic under a worklife area by drilling down into that worklife area via your dashboard:

Clicking on these notifications will show a dialog making one or more suggestions as to how you can take action to improve this aspect of your worklife! Select whichever one seems appropriate by clicking on it.

After you've chosen a suggested action to start, you'll be able to schedule it right away! You can tweak anything you like about Noon's suggestion beforehand if you like.

Right now, we support individual suggested actions for each worklife area, which you can access via your personal dashboard. In the near future, we'll be bringing you team and organisation-level suggested actions too! Stay tuned! 🧠

One of your most-requested features for Noon was support for employee net promoter score (eNPS), a score widely-used to check how happy your team are at work by asking "Would you recommend this place to your friends?"

We're pleased to announce that Noon now supports eNPS! At the beginning of each quarter, Noon will send out a single eNPS question to your team in place of the usual daily worklife area question.

Every member of your organisation is able to view eNPS results on your company-level dashboard straight away, provided they themselves have answered the question. Answers are, of course, completely anonymous.

We've now rolled out custom question schedules, so if your company has a 4-day work week, for example, you can customise Noon to ask questions only on the days your team is at work.

Noon admins can adjust the question schedule by going to "Manage access" in the drop-down menu in the upper right and scrolling down.
