In Noona HQ, permissions allow you to define what access each staff member or custom role has across your business. Whether it’s calendar access, sales, settings, or client data — permissions help you protect sensitive information and assign responsibility where needed.

📅 Calendar Permissions
These control what a staff member can do in the calendar.

View all calendars | See co-workers’ calendars |
Manage own appointments and clients | Create, edit, or delete personal appointments and clients |
Manage own blocked times | Control own availability blocks Learn more about blocked times |
Manage all appointments | Edit or delete co-workers’ appointments |
Manage all blocked times | Edit or delete blocked times on other calendars |
View colleagues’ notifications | See when co-workers receive online bookings |
View colleagues’ waitlist entries | See who is waitlisted with others |
View colleagues’ memo entries | Read internal notes left by others |
Manage all bookable resources | Create/edit/delete shared resources like rooms or machines |
Manage all services | Create/edit/delete service offerings Learn how to create a service |
👤 Client Permissions
Determine what client information staff can access or modify.
Permission | Description |
View/manage all clients | Access all client profiles across the company |
View/manage contact info of own clients | Phone numbers and emails of assigned clients |
View/manage personal ID of own clients | Access identification numbers (if applicable) |
View/manage contact info of all clients | View contact details of every client |
View/manage personal ID of all clients | Access ID numbers of all clients |
View/manage event notes across staff | See appointment notes made by others |
View/manage client notes not assigned to them | Access general client notes from others |
Manage SMS messages | Send SMS messages using Noona HQ |
👥 User Permissions
Currently, there is one key permission for user management:

Access staff list, manage users, invite | Invite/remove staff, edit roles, services, profiles |
💳 Sales Permissions
Relevant for businesses using Noona POS or no-show claims.

See all reports | Access full reporting: sales, services, products |
See reports for own sales | View personal performance only |
Access analytics | Use the Dashboard to track appointments, SMS reminders, etc. |

For businesses using POS, gift vouchers, or no-show fees.

📖 To enable gift vouchers: Go to Online Bookings → scroll to Gift Vouchers → check “Allow clients to buy gift vouchers online”

For businesses with multiple locations (outlets).

Manage locations | Create, edit, or delete outlets |

Control what configuration access each role has.

Manage calendar settings | Change default time slots, working hours, etc. |
Manage online bookings settings | Customize your public profile on the Noona app |
Manage all subscriptions | Subscribe/unsubscribe to Noona services |
Manage POS settings | Configure invoice layout, VAT, SSN display |
Manage check-in settings | Manage kiosk/check-in station preferences |
Control PIN-protected sections | Lock access to reports, invoices, or dashboard via PIN code |
