Submitting Post Game Reports

Learn how to submit post game reports as a lead official with this guide covering step-by-step instructions.

Updated this week

A post game report is a critical step in the game lifecycle. Only the lead official is required to complete this step. This guide will walk you through submitting your first post game report to your assignor.

Opening the Post Game Report

When a game ends, the lead official receives a notification that the post game report is ready for submission. This reminder email includes basic game details and a button to open the report.

To access your post game report:

  • Click the button in the email notification to go directly to the "Post Game" section of your dashboard

  • OR sign into your account and navigate to the "Post Game" page

Note: These sections will display the reports for all of your games even if you are not expected to submit the report.

Understanding the Post Game Dashboard

The Post Game page contains four sections:

  • Due: Reports currently requiring submission

  • Flagged: Reports flagged by the system for additional assignor review (for example, games marked as not beginning)

  • Needs Approval: Reports waiting for assignor review and approval

  • Approved: Reports that have been approved by your assignor

Note: These sections display reports for all your games, even when you're not required to submit the report.

To open a report: Simply click on any game record from the list.

Submitting your first report

After opening a game report from the "Due" tab, you'll see the report details page. As the lead official, you'll complete the "Game Details" section.

      • Replace an official by selecting "Replace" and entering the replacement official's information

Completing Your Submission

Once you've filled out all required fields, click the "Submit" button to send the report to your assignor for review. You'll receive an email notification when your assignor approves the report.
