Updated yesterday

Adding a bank account for ACH payments can be done through our automated bank linking system or by manually entering your banking information.

Automatic Bank Linking

  1. Click the "+ Add new bank account" button in the Add Funds section

  2. Enter your email and full name (first and last)

  3. Search for your bank in the search bar - a dropdown list will appear as you type

  4. Select your banking institution from the list

  5. A popup window will appear - follow the prompts until completion

  6. Click the 'Submit' button to add your bank account

Manual Bank Entry

If you can't find your bank through the automated process:

  1. Click the blue "Enter bank details manually instead" link

  2. A popup window will appear requesting your banking details

  3. Fill out the routing number and account number fields

  4. Click the 'Submit' button to continue through the process

  5. Complete the remaining steps until you reach the final confirmation

Important: Micro-Deposit Verification

When you manually enter banking information, you'll need to verify micro-deposits before you can process payments.

These deposits typically appear in your account 1-2 days after adding the account. Once the micro deposits are sent, you'll receive an email from Stripe with instructions on how to verify them.

If you have trouble verifying the micro deposits, please contact Notch support for assistance.
