Organizing multi-language documents:

1. Using Views Access your documents through three main views:

  • All Documents: See everything at once

  • Resumes: Filter to show only resumes

  • Cover Letters: Filter to show only cover letters

2. Using Tags Create and manage custom tags to organize documents by language or any other category:

  • Apply tags like "English," "Spanish," "French," or "German"

  • Create tags for specific purposes: "Tech Jobs," "Marketing Roles," "Europe Applications"

  • Filter documents quickly using your custom tag system

  • Fully customizable—add, edit, or remove tags as needed

Best practice: Use a combination of Views and Tags to keep your multi-language documents organized. For example, tag all Spanish resumes with "Spanish" and all tech-focused ones with "Tech" for easy filtering.
